Delete your data

Disconnect any platform yourself in a few seconds, or ask us to delete everything.

1. 1. Disconnect a platform

   In ClipLive, open Settings or My clips, Destinations, and choose Disconnect next to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or Twitch. We delete the stored access tokens straight away and revoke our access with the platform. For Discord, remove the webhook in Settings.

2. 2. Revoke it on the platform too (optional)

   Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions. TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions. Instagram: Settings, Apps and websites. Twitch: twitch.tv/settings/connections.

3. 3. Delete your account and clips

   Email support@cliplive.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my ClipLive account". We confirm by reply and delete your account, your clips and files, and any connected-account tokens within 30 days. Payment records we must keep by law are kept.
